These terms govern the use of Sitematic(“the service”), a website builder. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Sitematic.

1. The account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You can cancel your account at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Sitematic to publish illegal or misleading content, content that infringes third-party rights, malware, or to send spam. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, images and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content for the purpose of providing the service (for example, publishing your site). You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

4. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed recurringly through Stripe. Prices may change with prior notice. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable for periods already elapsed. You can cancel whenever you want; the paid service continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Stores and your customers’ payments

If you use the store, charges to your customers are processed with your own Stripe account. You are solely responsible for your products, prices, taxes, shipping and the relationship with your buyers.

6. Availability

We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is”, with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or make changes to features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitematic will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we’ll notify you. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current version.
