How to create an online store and start selling

Selling online no longer requires custom development. With Sitematic you build a complete store —catalog, cart, payments and shipping— from the same dashboard where you design your website. Here’s how.
1. Load your product catalog
Create each product with name, description, photos, price and stock. You can add variants (size, color), a struck-through list price to show deals and mark featured products.
Sitematic handles both physical and digital products: for digital ones, the customer receives the download link by email after paying.
2. Set up payments with Stripe
Connect your Stripe account and start charging cards securely. Sitematic computes the total on the server side (subtotal, discounts, shipping and taxes), so prices can’t be tampered with.
You can also accept gift cards and discount coupons, with usage and expiration validation.
3. Define shipping and taxes
Set a flat shipping cost, a free-shipping threshold and the tax rate. When you fulfill an order, you enter the carrier and tracking number, and the customer gets an email with the tracking link.
The buyer can track their order from your site with the number and their email.
4. Manage orders and customers
From the dashboard you see each order, its payment and shipping status. You can refund with Stripe in one click, export your orders to CSV and automatically notify by email on every purchase.
If you enable the members area, your customers see their order history and tracking from their account.
